My name is Dana Ghareeb, a doctoral student in the School of Health and Exercise Sciences at University of British Columbia-Okanagan. I am a licensed kinesiologist/ injury prevention specialist. I am currently working on designing a frailty intervention helping older adults stay active.
My goal is to create prevention and frail intervention strategies in athletes as well as older adults.
