My name is Aaron and I am passionate about the rehabilitation of individuals and enhancing their lives. I also enjoy interacting with people and have a friendly and outgoing attitude. One of my greatest assets would be be my empathetic nature. I am also fast learner and like to keep organized. I am confident in my ability to adapt to situations, utilize clinical reasoning and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. I hope to enhance the rehabilitation experience with my clinical experiences, a good work ethic, communication skills and positive attitude.
I pursued this area of study because of my love for sports with swimming and volleyball being my favorites. Throughout my studies I was able to foster my interest in rehabilitation science, built a strong foundation of human anatomy and physiology, obtain clinical experience and delve deeper into clinical reasoning.
I have also been able to work with many different people from diverse workplaces and work opportunities. I can speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English fluently and that has opened up opportunities to get over language barriers with some patients.

I perform physical, psychological and functional assessments as well as manage individual patients and to build individualized exercise programs and assist them with their rehabilitation. I wrote many reports and was able to build my proficiency with administrative tasks. I help with scheduling, organizing timetables, and communicating with insurance adjustors. I have also done clinical placements and obtain valuable clinical experiences as a physiotherapy student. I worked in hospitals and learned the different protocols with managing fractures and the many different orthopedic injuries. I also have experience working with sports injuries. I am able to manage patients directly after a sports injury and implementing different tests. I am also familiar with a variety of different taping techniques using ridged tape and kinesiology tape.

I am constantly looking to improve and to further my knowledge to be able to provide my patients with the highest quality of care. I enjoy being surrounded by like-minded individuals and working together to create a positive environment for the growth of everyone.
