I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology specializing in exercise science from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2019. I have worked in various fields within kinesiology ranging from aquatic rehab to concussion/ post MVA clients since my graduation. At the end of the day assisting others in their recovery and returning to their hobbies and passions is what fuels me! I know the importance of doing the activities that bring joy into our lives and the disruption to the system when those activities are temporarily paused. So to assist my clients in their recovery journey above movement and exercise therapy, I have also taken extra certifications in soft tissue release, functional movement taping, and myofascial cupping and flossing

Just this past winter I moved to the interior- moving to the epicenter of the things I love most- extreme sports. In my personal time, you can find me out on the mountains- dirt biking, downhill mountain biking, and snowmobiling.
