Jasmine is a Registered Kinesiologist and is currently completing a Master of Kinesiology at UBC. She has taken advanced courses in exercise physiology, prevention and management of sports injuries, and performance planning. Through her education, Jasmine strives to implement evidence-based practices during active rehab sessions.

As an athlete, Jasmine was a provincial medalist in the 400m and 800m. She was also a member of SFU’s Varsity Track & Field team, but an injury abruptly ended her collegiate career. That ultimately piqued her interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Jasmine is now an NCCP Sport Coach and has extensive experience working with Track & Field athletes of all ages. She provides safe and developmentally appropriate training to individuals to enhance physical literacy, conditioning, and sport-specific skills.

Jasmine has also spent the last year working as a Rehabilitation Assistant at a long-term care home. She has experience working with patients with various orthopedic and neurological limitations, such as osteoporosis, compression fractures, stroke, spinal cord injuries, and Parkinson's, to name a few. She has successfully helped patients overcome these limitations to become more independent.

Her passion for sports, exercise and rehabilitation motivates her to provide quality patient-centred care to all clients.
