I was born and raised in Kamloops where I grew up involved in all sports and activities. This is where my interest in being a kinesiologist has stemmed from as I was always fascinated with how to body worked. I strive to bring everyone to their greatest capacities whether it be for activities of daily living or performance. I specialize in many different styles of training including performance-based, occupational-based, active living and injury rehabilitation.
