Amiah is a Simon Fraser University graduate with her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation. Currently, Amiah works as Community Kinesiologist in Surrey, Langley, Delta and Maple Ridge. She specializes in working with ICBC, WSBC and private clients with active rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, mental health and exposure therapy at the client's home, at local community gyms and the pool. Although Amiah is a mobile Kinesiologist, Amiah has worked in a clinical setting as well. Previously, she has volunteered as a student athletic trainer for the Salmonbellies Jr. Lacrosse team and Sullivan Heights Secondary school football team. She has also acquired great leadership and teaching skills by leading Sunday School classes, summer camps, fundraisers and various events and working at a children's gym, both through in person and online platforms. Amiah desires to expand her knowledge and experience in the field of Kinesiology. When Amiah is not working or studying, she loves to explore nature by running and hiking. In addition, she also loves photography and cinematography.
