I graduated in 2021 from Camosun College with a degree in Athletic & Exercise Therapy and registered as a Kinesiologist in September 2021.
I enjoy working with contact sport athletes such as Hockey, Rugby and Olympic Freestyle Wrestling focusing on functional demands of their sport.
I take an active rehab approach to my clients whether they are recovering from an MVA, joint replacement surgery or have goals to become more active and improve their mobility.
