I am a recent 2022 graduate with my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science. I have experience working with various football and hockey teams as an athletic trainer, providing injury assessments and rehab for those in junior and varsity sports. Additionally, I work in clinic, community, long-term care, and provide hydrotherapy services, and overall I am involved in the injury rehabilitation and exercise prescription for function and independence maintenance of my clients.
