Vincent graduated from Simon Fraser University (SFU) where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in active health and rehabilitation. His experiences working with a multitude of different clientele has taught him the benefits of exercise therapy where improving mobility, strength and maintaining structural integrity are integral to injury management.

During his undergrad, Vincent has had clinical experience teaching corrective exercises to patients with musculoskeletal injuries focusing on evidence-informed clinical decision-making under physiotherapist/chiropractor supervision. Beyond his academic studies, Vincent also worked as a certified personal trainer accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) where he trained a variety of client populations. As a trainer, he conducted fitness consultations to identify muscular imbalances and specific fitness needs of his clients. This led to the creation of individualized multi-phased programs which first focused on posture/mobility then gradually shifted toward improving muscular hypertrophy and strength. His experiences working with a multitude of different clientele has taught him the benefits of exercise therapy where improving mobility, strength and maintaining structural integrity are integral to injury management.

Growing up, Vincent had always been involved in sports and athletics. One of the main pursuits being ITF Taekwondo, where he earned his second-degree black belt with over 10 years of dedication to the martial art. After overcoming his own serious injuries namely, hip impingement and partial rotator cuff tear, the rehab experiences solidified his commitment towards helping individuals manage their injuries and regain functional capacity needed for daily living and working.

In his free time, Vincent enjoys lifting weights at the gym, reading classical literature & philosophy and summiting scenic mountains with friends in the summer.
