Henry began his journey into the physical health and rehabilitation as a volunteer assisting spinal cord injury, stroke and car accident patients with walking. After wanting to gain more experience with exercise prescription, Henry volunteered at UBC BodyWorks, leading exercise classes for older adults. Wanting further experience working 1-on-1 with clients, he worked at Fitness World as a Personal Trainer. Henry has utilized his kinesiology education to service clients of all backgrounds including older adults, people with prior injuries, and the general population.

Upon graduating from UBC Kinesiology for Interdisciplinary Studies, Henry became a Registered Kinesiologist so that he could continue to help people reach their goals and return to sport or work. Henry applies an evidence-informed approach to determine the best course of action to treat patients. His main focus is active rehabilitation, pain management, active health, and performance coaching.

During his free time, Henry enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee, weightlifting, and running.
