Growing up in the lower mainland, I discovered my love for sport early on playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, badminton, ball hockey, lacrosse, and baseball. I ultimately gravitated towards soccer and captained the BC team to victory in the Canadian nationals.
Pursuing an athletic scholarship, I attended Trinity Western University, where I played varsity soccer and achieved both athletic and academic honours. I graduated with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and am now a registered member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. I take a holistic approach to meet the needs of individual clients through exercise programming, rehabilitation exercises, and injury prevention strategies. I work closely with clients to set achievable goals and provide ongoing support and motivation throughout their wellness journey.
Outside of his professional pursuits, I maintain my own active lifestyle, participating in Fraser Valley Premier League soccer and weightlifting. During my leisure moments, I love hiking, listening to indie music, and crafting exceptional coffee.
