Mathieu-Luc Boulet is a kinesiologist and certified clinical exercise physiologist.
He successfully received his Bachelor degree with a specialization in Sports Performance from Laval University in Quebec City. With the goal of optimizing his expertise in the management of musculoskeletal disorder and physical rehabilitation, Mathieu took the opportunity to complete his Bachelor degree in France, at the University of Law and Health.

Upon his return to Quebec City, Mathieu worked at adding extensive experience in the field of exercise physiology. He efficiently led exercise physiology labs, performed various form of fitness assessments and conducted numerous clinical testing such as spirometry, resting metabolic rate, stress test electrocardiogram and calorimetric VO2max tests. During this period, Mathieu was also dedicated to further developing his clinical skills by interacting with a multidisciplinary team, implementing individualized rehabilitation programs and for using exercise as a medicine.

In order to fully benefit from the clinical interdisciplinary approach that was expanding on the West Coast, Mathieu decided to relocate to Vancouver. This is where he was able to further develop his skills in physical rehabilitation and musculoskeletal disorder by working alongside variety of knowledgeable clinicians and physicians.

More recently, Mathieu has developed specific interests in the fields of concussion management, cancer care/oncology, providing guidance for management of musculoskeletal disorder/injuries such as osteoarthritis and for cardiovascular/cardiorespiratory rehabilitation.

In his free time, you’ll see him enjoying BC’s outstanding playground with trail running, longboarding, scuba diving, playing soccer, surfing, hiking and his true passion alpine/back-country skiing.
