Amaze also offers online 1:1 telerehabilitation as well as simultaneous online and in-person group classes for individuals of all levels. The focus of these classes is to help people at all levels of fitness and ability improve their mobility, strength, balance and cardiovascular conditioning. Modifications and movement options are offered as well as a healthy dose of humour and lively stories to round out the whole experience. The goal is to make movement enjoyable and to improve overall function.

Classes include:
Stretch & Mobility (30 min, 2x/wk & On Demand). A gentle movement class incorporating mobility and stretching through the major muscle groups and joints. The online option makes it a terrific way to insert a variety of new movements into your day. Loosen up, get moving and you may even *gasp* feel better!

Indoor Rowing (60 min, 3x/wk). Learn the basic technique and improve your cardiovascular fitness, power and skill in an entertaining and enjoyable hour.

Gentle Strength (60 min, On Demand). A gentle strength/core/cardio exercise class that aims to assist people build strength, core and mobility in seated, supported standing and lying positions. This class was created to be a temporary substitute for our Aquatherapy but has expanded into online life of it's own! A great beginner's or low-moderate intensity level class for those who are a bit cautious about movement or exercise. It's an accessible offering with entry level participants in mind. Modifications are offered in each class.

Cardio Strength: (45-60 min, On Demand). A livelier class for those who are able to move their bodies more freely. This resembles a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training, although perhaps more realistically a Moderate to High Intensity) class in that a variety of different strength and cardiovascular activities (with dumbbells, resistance bands or body weight) are woven into unique routine. Instructors give options for a variety of levels of intensity throughout the class.
