Silvia has a diploma in data science and is interested in in leveraging technology, data, and behavioural science to help people stay healthy in the context of their busy lives. As a kinesiologist, Silvia has helped hundreds of injured workers return to work safely and switched to personal training after realizing that many of the injuries she treated were due to a mismatch between workers' fitness levels and their job demands. In addition to being a data scientist, she provides online personal training and nutrition coaching.
