I am a Practicing Kinesiologist, Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Pregnancy + Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the fields of rehabilitation and strength training.

Sara specializes in the rehabilitation of injuries. She focuses on proper mechanics and fundamental movements, using corrective exercise and neurokinetic therapy to help clients erase dysfunction from their movements so that they can attain their health and fitness goals.

As a new mom, she has created an online Postpartum Fitness Program, to empower moms to regain their core and full body strength after having a baby. @mountainmomstrong

Sara also has a background and a passion for working with individuals who are living with a chronic disease. She runs a community cardiac rehab program and an exercise program for those with Parkinson's at Meadow Park Sport Centre in Whistler, BC.

Sara believes proper exercise is both important for rehabilitation and injury prevention. Proper, safe and effective exercises gives us the needed strength and stability to rehabilitate and continue to play/participate in the sports and activities we love.
