I graduated from the Human Kinetics program at UBC Okanagan in 2012. Since then I have worked as an independent contractor in the following areas: concussion management, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, exercise/injury rehab, pediatrics, sport development and healthy aging. Currently I service Penticton and surrounding areas, meeting clients at local gyms, in their homes, or outdoors.
